How to Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, securely package items in original or similar packaging
  4. Include the original invoice or order confirmation inside the package
  5. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
